    Hi, thanks for dropping by, just wanted you to know I was away because I had a knee replacement, and was running to therapy, couldn't be on here as much..I am now in therapy for my foot, surgery is in the near future for that. Also bladder surgery, so I have been away mending this ole body back in shape! I do come in as much as I can, that's why the partial break icon!

    Hiya, I had an awesome walk last evening and then early this evening (5pm) I went for a walk with Dan in his buggy and it was really great. It's now nearly 7pm Sunday evening so I'm next walking early tomorrow morning. How has your weekend been? emoticon
