Introduction Text Hi! I am Donna..I turned 40 this year and have started a whole new life. I use to take care of my husband and sadly I lost myself along the way. After 19 years of marriage he cheated so I divorced him. Not because I didn't love him anymore but because I know I did not deserve that & I know I deserve respect. Now I put myself and my health first. It is not vain but healthy to take care of yourself 1st! - I am taking care of me and I feel good about myself. - I like who I am and I made a choice to only surround myself with people who appreciate me and all that I have to offer:) Each day I am realizing that I am stronger than I thought I could ever be, I will be healthy and happy! I will feel and look amazing by end of 2010. *~* GOOD LUCK to all on reaching their goals!

I want to feel and yes.. look fabulous by the end of 2010 & YES.. I will do it! :D Back in late 2008.. I learned that my husband cheated on me and at same time i found out that i have a slow thyroid, so since then I have been working on both of those problems. I take medicine for my thyroid & I divorced the cheat! Between taking my medicine, seeing my doc, weighing in.. also being around those who truly care about me.. I am finally feeling hopeful and even happy again! :)

Every day I do try to eat healthier and to not eat so late at night. - I also try to think B4 I eat.. because I tend to be an emotional eater. - So if I get stressed I tend to eat, so now I really try to snack on only healthy snacks!!!



Am wild about musician KEITH URBAN!! He is amazing! KU ROCKS!!!
