Hello there! My name is Chantelle and I LOVE food! I just need to be more aware of what kind of food I am putting into my mouth. I have never been skinny, nor do I think that I ever will be. I just want to be healthy and live a healthier lifestyle. I formed many bad habits over the years that I wish to break. One would be to not eat when I am not hungry. I honestly can't remember the last time I felt full! Scary thought huh? With this site I will be held more accountable for what I am doing to my body. This weight did not appear over night nor will it dissapear over night. I know this is going to be a life long journey and I welcome the challange! I think I am beautiful and sexy at any weight that I am. No lack of confidence here!! Confidence is not in how you look, it's an attitude. and boy do I have attitude! Good luck to all of you on this fantastic life changing journey! Update: July 12, 2010 So I am back and more motivated then ever!! I have lost 10 pounds on my own and am feeling great! I finally got the Spark App for so I know there are no excuses this time. It is way too easy to get off track. Now that I can do everything on the go I will be able to make more informed choices. Love you Spark! Not giving up this time! Update: Dec. 23, 2010 I am 3 pounds away from mt first goal!! I cannot believe it!! I went from a size 22 last year to the 14/16 I am currently wearing YES! I actually dont know what size I am right now since I lost my measuring tape and I still wear the same clothes....although I have bought a few new pairs of jeans which make my ass look super hot LOL Anyways, I need a whole new wardrobe, 1 piece at a time.... I am happy and healthier then ever, thank you Spark Friends you all keep me motivated:) Update: Sept 18, 2017 I had my baby boy on the 8th. He's amazing! Time to eat healthy for him. I am breastfeeding and it is going so well. I need to keep my supply this time. Ensuring I am eating enough and well will ensure I can continue to breastfeed unlike with my daughter. Update: Nov 14 2018 Well I joined WW mid April. As of today I'm down 67lbs and 86lbs since baby boy was born 09/08/2017. I still come in here to track my food as well as points in the WW app.: Need to be sure my macros are in check. Happy Sparking! Update Nov 14 2019 Wow! A year later exactly! Down 123lbs and 132 since baby boy was born. 56lbs for the year. Amazing! This really puts it all in tipp perspective for me. Almost the same loss rate woohoo! One day at a time got me here and never giving up on myself. Not at goal but I'm loving my new way of life. πŸ€—
