I want to weigh what my driver's license says. Seriously, I just want to be healthy ... for the first time in my life.

I'm back for more ... withOUT the drama & getting involved WAY over my head in other people's "stuff". I'm here for ME ... if some people absorb some of the stuff I've learned by osmosis. good. I've already made drastic changes in the way I eat and my head is in a much better place.

I'm now live in Bangor, Maine. I like the weather MUCH BETTER here. It is SOOO nice to have four seasons. Of course, in Maine, 4 seasons means Winter, Mud, Tourist & Leaf.

I'm a Cajun, originally from Louisiana, transplanted to Maine. Hence the name. I also spent 15 years living/working in NYC ... so yo, fuhgeddaboutit! (and i KNOW "cajun" is misspelled in my screen name - that's for privacy sake!)
