Introduction Text I am a married mother of two and a physician. I strongly believe in natural alternatives to conventional medicines. I have a wellness business that offers non pharmaceutical solutions to many American diseases like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, eczema etc. I do believe there are instances where pharmaceuticals are necessary, but we totally overprescribe. I feel that most illness is due to our chemical laden, fat soaked, American lifestyle and I am a product of that lifestyle. I am mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore! I am taking back my life because I am ready to feel good, look good, and finally get this weight issue under control once and for all. I look foward to doing with the help of my faith, family and this wonderful community .

I look foward to taking weight off of my "to do" list and adding it to my list of accomplishments.

I joined Weight Watcher's because I think their plan really works. I also take very good supplements.

I am originally from Chicago but I currently live in Tampa, Florida.
