    Teresa u said u couldn't stomache the easay italian chicken recipe, well maybe because fat free dressing is not that good to begin with. I make the same recipe but I like chicken thighs skinless and I use regular italian which is 70 cal and 6 fat per 2 tablespoons, I put individual serving of chicken in foil and season it and add the italian salad dressing and bake in the oven until done. You'll love it. And we do need some fat in our diets in order to lose. Ihardly do 0 fat items unless its yogurt, I stick with mostly lower fat versions because they taste better but there healthier and your not totally sacrificing flavor for 0 fat.
