My Goals:
Becoming as healthy as I can be. Getting cancer scares the poo out of me because it's definitely in my family!



My Program:
 Lately, I have been trying anything from counting carbs to calories. I like to walk and do shorter exercise videos. I wish I had a swimming pool!


Personal Information:
My name is Teresa and I live in Georgetown, Ohio. I am a struggling Christian who desires to get closer to God.

Other Information:
 Only a few years ago, I was nominated as a SparkPeople Motivator because I'd gone from 340 pounds down to 180. I've since gained back many of the pounds I'd lost. I'm not giving up this time, though. I'll be a member here for life!
