Dukan diet 2012


I bought the book "The Dukan Diet" and I am starting today (March 10th, 2012).

My Goals:
Just focus on one day at a time!
Goal 15% Bodyfat.


My Program:
 Dunkan diet program which includes walking every day. Whenever I have a chance I will use dumbbells for exercise for my upper body.

    Yes, my mom is better. Thanks so much for asking. She was in the hospital for a month and had 2 heart surgeries, but she's home now and recovering well.

    Good luck with the Dukan Diet. I'll have to read up on it. Maybe it would help me, too! I'm a huge emotional eater as well and right not it's a struggle not to eat a bag of chips every night. Anyway, stay in touch and let me know how things go for you!

    Thanks for your comments on my photos. It's great to see you back on SP again! How have you been? I've had an up and down year -- we bought a new house, sold our old one, my mom got sick, etc. Now, 10 extra pounds later, I'm back on SP to take it off. Hope you're doing well!
