    Thanks i will indeed try that. This is my first time dieting. I will have to look that diet plan up. Does it really matter what you eat as long as you stay within your calorie goal or is that no true.

    Hey Ebaby! I've been really successful with the keto diet. It's low carb but high in protein and fat so you never feel like you're starving. That can be a good start for figuring out what to buy. Don't go CRAZY and overwhelm yourself. Small changes!
