Hi my name is Edid. I'm 29 years old, mother of 2, premed student majoring in biochemistry. I'm in love with hypertrophic training, stretching and cooking. I started my journey at a very young age. My mother was a single parent and eating healthy food was something that just wasn't a part of my childhood. I was sick all of the time. Struggled with eczema, digestive problems, was under weight and had issues once I started going through puberty. I had a moment of realization when I was 15, started baby sitting to pay for healthy food and I started working out to gain weight. I'm here now healthy, strong and still dedicated to getting nutritious food every day. I believe there's a connection that's made when you prepare the food your body will use for energy so I cook every meal and I never complain. We burn calories through out the whole process of cleaning, cooking and prepping. I enjoy doing the work when it comes to everything I do because it always pays off! I hope I inspire the people that read and view my page.

My Program:
I carb cycle. Usually when I work out my legs my carb intake is a bit higher. I train 5 days a week for an hour a day. I do cardio every now and then. When I do its on the stairmaster, rowing machine or I jump rope.
