    Thanks. July 5th will be one year of sparking (relatively consistent) for me. To date I have lost about 15lbs and recently decided to change up my program to focus on more of the whole picture (mood, food and exercise) Day 2 of the new program, with new rewards and less drama so far (being in college its hard not to have it sometimes) and I feel great!!     You can do this. I have been doing sparkpeople for about 2 weeks now maybe close to three and lost 4.5 pounds already. I have been logging everything...including the bad stuff. I found a workout program that works for me and I take small walks whenever I have some time.
