Introduction Text While I would love to lose weight, I seriously need to concentrate on my health. As I've seen someone else say ... if I concentrate on my health the weight will surely follow. Have recently learned I am either gluten-intolerant or have celiac's. This has helped tremendously with the weight seemingly to fall off. It's also drastically helping with my goal to be a raw vegan again :) It was easy back when I was just a Marine and mom. Now I've been through a divorce, full time school to earn my bachelor's, and now am a graduate student plus home school plus play taxi to everyone. While I love my life, it's full and I have to rediscover the ways I used fix meals and snacks ahead of time which make life waaaaaaaay easier!

My program is taking on a new face since I am on summer break! Once the pool opens in June, I'll be swimming a least 3x wk and walking with some friends 3x wk and strength training afterwards ... Through May I will walk 3x wk and SP strength training videos 5x wk ...
