Eileen's Challanges
Besides having exercise, weight, and healthy eating issues, there are other challenges in my life. I want to use blogs as a way of clearing my head and perhaps coming to a better understanding of myself.
After completing 72 weeks of exercise, 410 days of Fruits & Veggies, and loosing over 20 pounds, I suffered a set back over the summer of 2011.
On 9/12/11, I have restarted over at exercise week zero & day zero of Fruit & Veggies. I have vowed to get my weight ...

On 9/12/11, I have restarted over at exercise week zero & day zero of Fruit & Veggies. I have vowed to get my weight down to 130 by the beginning of next year.
I am restarting and I can have success again.
Jan 2013--Have gained most of the weight I lost. Have finally gone back to weighing in. I am at 14 weeks on my current exercise streak. Thought my main goal for 2013 was to get physically fit but recently realized I have a goal that is even more important. I WANT TO ACCEPT MYSELF.

I'm in my 60'. I retired August 2013 I like to kayak, hike, and do other things with my Meetup.com groups and my local Florida Trail group. On my quiet moments, I like crating art, reading & Soduko.
Other Information:
At various times in my life I have been a budding artist. At some point, I know II will get back to creating pictures and other art forms.
