Introduction Text My name is Elisha and I am from the Martinez area. I am a proud mommy to a perfect 15 month old little girl. I am on my way to regain my Pre-Marriage/Pre-baby body. I have 2 dogs an Italian Greyhound and a full size retired racing greyhound three cats and a turtle. (were a zoo!!!) I'm a member of 24hr fitness so if anyone wants a work out buddy let me know!!!

Short Term (10 weeks) 1. lose 20 lbs. 2. restructure eating habits 3. 3 days of exercise week (30 min) Long Term (12 months) 1. lose 86 lbs 2. be back into a size 8/10 3. steady workout routine 4 be able to run a mile again...non stop

So after falling off the wagon again…. I was recently told by my Dr. that I should really start thinking about gastric bypass surgery or lap band. Apparently my back is not built to hold this much weight. I spoke with both my back dr., nutritionist and regular dr. and all three agreed that if I can get down to 200 lbs by mid to late January and show a weight loss pattern then we can re-evaluate my surgeries…so on that note…onward and upward….check out my newest blog for my new and improved rigorous workout schedule…
