I have not only lost weight since joining Spark, but have lost 4 sizes, and have gained many healthy habits--one of them being exercise-- even my mental attitude has changed.
Thank you all, I might have lost the weight by myself, but it was not without your support and motivation.

been down this weight loss road before--joined Diet Center in the late 80''s
Saw some pictures of me, that''s what "sparked" my interest into getting back into shape plus I didn't feel good--back hurt, knees hurt, ached all over.
