    It’s hot outside, but Fall is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge and work on your healthy lifestyle goals? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of September. The challenge consists of 11 Teams that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges.     Hello and welcome! Totally understand the hubby/different food struggle! Mine tries, but he has such unhealthy ways! We, too, are retired, but really need to stay healthy as we want to spend time with grands! I have been an SP member for almost 9 yrs. and have lost 70 lbs. You take care of you, he may follow suit!     welcome glad you are with us i have lost 175 pounds weighed 345 now 185 i do my thing my hubby eat any thing that is why his a1c are high his eyes are big and his belly i use to wear 5x now size 12 so you can do it we are retired i am 69 my hubby 70 but he walk 8 mi aday at the park 6 days you got to put you first we been married 52 yr in september good luck emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
