    I usually just record my weight loss on Monday and at the same time figure out my food menu for the week. However, I usually have more problems on the weekend and I lose some motivation on Monday when I weigh myself. I might have to change my day for weighing...lol. I am doing okay on the eating well part. Now I am really trying to meet my daily calories burned to meet my goal weight. Take care and have fun with Wii Active!

    Love the new dining room table! I wasn't sure at first, but I've decided it really works now...lol. We are still sick here (bad bad colds), but thankfully my son hasn't got really sick yet. Have a good weekend!

    Love the new pictures on your page! I know myself that stress in general affects what I eat everyday, especially when you are teaching! I taught for 4 years at an at-risk school. Some days were very tiring. I didn't do well yesterday evening, but I am totally back on board today. It is hard to cook for my family when everyone (including me) is sick. But I am doing it tonight. Maybe it helps that we are getting a new dining room table tonight?? lol. Have a great day.

    Thanks for the message! I agree that goals are important and that Sparkpeople is so much easier that WW. How do you do on weekends or when you go somewhere that people aren't eating healthy? That is my biggest problem!! Good luck today!
