    All we ask is that you participate, and post your participation! Post your exercise and Living the Good Life points as soon as you've completed them, even if it's in stages. For instance, if you exercise in the morning, post the minutes as soon as you can, and later post your LTGL points. emoticon
    And we ask for your support for one another. Weight is a secondary goal, making ourselves feel good about ourselves, both physically and emotionally, is the primary goal! You'll never hear criticism should you happen to gain weight one week, but you might get an a sparkmail/email from one of the leaders or teammates encouraging you to reexamine your routine.
