    Hey Eric, It is frustrating....It's nice to know someone else is going through something similar though I would't wish it upon anyone.
    My Tendinitis is still causing me problems. I wish I knew what else I could do to get better. I was told at one point that I could get a shot in my tendons and that it will help it heal faster, I'm hoping to look it to it soon. It is so hard to find ways to exercise so that it doesn't fare up, do you have this problem?

    Hi there - thanks so much for stopping by and making a comment on my blog. I really like the 10 minute rule - it's worked well for me.

    If you find yourself dreading your workouts, maybe you are overtraining and need to take a break. Taking a break doesn't have to mean sitting on the sofa, just doing something different from your normal workout.
