Introduction Text 2009..... Here we go again, this is the beginning of a new year and also beginning of new and old goals, to set and achieve. I will do my best to use Spark people as much as I can because I need to get healthier and make this a life style change. My experience here has been great, I have met great friends, learn so much through them and have lost fifteen pounds in the process. I have been looking for this for so many years without knowing, a God sent to a lot of us and a life saving tool to so many. I am so grateful to all the Spark people professionals who put so much time and effort to make this a great place to learn and become healthier. But also for all the Team Leaders and Members who will go far and beyond what one would expect from them. I have many blessings in my life, Spark people is one of them. My Goal is to be at a healthy weight, I have lots of problems with my back and leg (R) if I loose weight I know I will feel better.

Try to keep myself busy, track all the food intake and stay within my calorie range. Eat fruits and vegetables and less Carbs.

Hi, I have been blessed with a marriage of 30+years to my high School Sweet Heart. I am a mother of three grown kids, two boys and a girl, two of them still live at home.:) I have been home sick for (5 years this May), it is very hard for me because I use to walk twice a day, and use to go to the Gym at least 4 times in a week . I try to keep myself busy, during the day, it is hard because I am always in constant pain, but thanks to God I have lots of courage and motivation to take care of myself and my loved ones. I love walking with my Sister, love to read a good book, and enjoy cooking and baking for family and friends. Love to dance. Love to travel with my Husband, specially going on cruises :) Love Drama movies and romantic ones, but not fussy about Music love most of them. Love telling jokes and listen to people telling jokes. Always I try to look at the positive side of things.
