My name is Linda. I opened up Spark in 2009, but never took the time to work with the app, so it fizzled. Now I'm at an all time high (unhealthy) weight and began retirement feeling depressed and sad. I only have myself to blame for what has put a stall on enjoying retirement. So I've gotten super serious to take this off once again. We have a lot of traveling to do and I want to keep up so the weight has to come off.

My goal as of today is to become fit and follow thru with this plan

 I am eliminating the sewing room and turning it into a fitness room with a treadmill and weights to increase resistance training.
