Hi, my name is Andrea and I have been a Spark member since 2008. My former ID was FabByFiftyAnnie which represented my goal to look fabulous by my 50th birthday and beyond. ¡°Fabulous¡± meaning to be at target weight. Well that didn¡¯t happen, but what did was the realization that I am now, and have always been, FABULOUS. It's time that my exterior image reflects the wonderful, intelligent person within. My Program:
- Track nutrition and exercise daily.
- Eat more fresh fruits and veggies, less carbs
- Avoid eating in response to fatigue, boredom, or hurt.
- Get 8 hours of sleep nightly.
- Exercise ¡Ý 30 min/day, 6x wk.
