The trackers are a part of the page set up under your account. Go to the top of your page and click on email preferences under your user name and the under the community section you will find where you set up the tracker.
    Hope this helps.

Hi. Thanks for reaching out and so nice to meet you. You’re not too wordy. I love encouraging comments. By the way I’ve had over 3 months of physical therapy. Sigh.

Hi! I saw your post on Community Feed so came to say hello... I'm 66, retired, and have had knee problems since I was about 12 years old. They're ok now tho - my knee replacements seem to have worked like they're supposed to. I also have a daughter living overseas... so thankful for Skype! (Sorrow for the loss of your son - trying to imagine that just stops me cold, no words...). I wonder if you have access to a physical therapist or trainer? There are probably ways you can up your activity without further damaging your knee or causing more pain... just a thought. Also, that same few pounds gained and lost can be seen as good - you know how to lose it, just not the skill of maintenance which is a whole other game. Odds of success improve with every attempt! I'm aiming to be encouraging here, but probably just being wordy so will close. I hope all success to you!
