    Hi Feather. You're right about the Beck Books being labor intensive; I'm working the Blue Book now mainly to avoid binges. The two most useful tools for me are (1) what she calls the Advantages Response Card (my 5 answers to the question, "why are you working this program?") I keep this in my pocket, and read it every morning; (2) the Daily Check List card (a list of questions about how well I did during the day) which I also keep in my pocket and read every night before bed.
