Hey glad to see you, I am not on here much either. Hope you are doing well, any news on moving to warmer area or house front. I am doing well, I have cut out all sugar, ( use a bit of honey in recipes) no processed foods about 95% gone and absolutely no white refined, no pasta, no bread, rice whole grain may be a half cup 2x month. I Feel SO MUCH BETTER, have very limited joint pain, other than a rotator cuff injury, and have lost from 203 to 189! Hard work but not hurting as much is a great pay off. Really try getting rid of sugar, even that and white stuff.
