I decided it is time to take an inventory of my nutrition and make some change since my body is thinking about hibernating as the cooler weather is coming and I'm also not being able to play tennis as much due to the weather. I'm going on the "Wheat Belly Plan" from Dr. William Davis. It is wheat-free, low carb and high good fat. I am down 34 pounds in the past 3 1/2 years but I still have at least 20 more to go.

I took the summer off from tracking but I'm back. In the mean time I played tennis 6 to 7 times a week and ended up gaining 5 pounds but lost 1 inch at my hips. 1 inch at my waist and 1/2 inch at my chest. I didn't let the weight gain bother me because I knew I was doing good for my body as a whole.

My blood pressure is normally 115/65 now instead of 120/80 or more. My fasting blood sugars are now 85 to 90 instead of 115. My total cholesterol is finally below 200 without any deadly statins, and my HDL has gone from 32 up to 55 which is the best it has ever been.
