Trying to get Energetic


I'm 44 year old woman that has gained weight in 2007 due to stress eating and an injury that prevented me from exercising. I'd like to get back into shape and lose the blubber that has attached itself firmly to my buttocks.

My goals:

Lose 40lbs.
Exercise 3 times a week.
Quit my job in 18months.

My husband won a trip to Barbados for Feb 29th. I'd love to drop 10lbs by that date.
