Here we go again...
I made a lot of progress with SP until I hit a few speed bumps three years ago and got myself waaaaaaaay off track. I suppose the good news is that I didn't gain back every last ounce that I had lost, but the bad news is that I've fallen out of the healthy habits that were making me feel so good! I've become a couch potato! Waaaaaaaaaaah!
So.
Back at 'er!
Enough with this pudge! I really miss the confidence that fitness brings, that feeling of ...

Enough with this pudge! I really miss the confidence that fitness brings, that feeling of readiness, that ol' jump in the step (not to mention those great jeans in the closet... I can hear 'em callin'...).
I know that when I am fit I can deal with stress better, be more productive, feel better about everything. I know that I will feel that more is more easily within my reach.
Life is too short and too sweet to live it out of shape.

Build up strength and stamina while running 10k regularly.
Stay injury free!
Run a half-marathon in the fall.
I'd like to be one of the 5-10% who manage to maintain their goal weight.
My Program:
Following a slow steady running program.
Continuing to eat mindfully.
Personal Information:
I live in beautiful Vancouver BC, one of the world's most liveable cities.
I love to sing and I'm working on performing and recording songs that I've written.
