I am a mom and a grandma and a wife. I have 50 lbs. to lose. I have been away from sparks all winter. I have been sick most of the winter. Since May I have been taking 2 insulins shots a day. I no longer can ignore my health. I look forward to being encouraged and if possible encouraging others.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 30-50 lbs. I want to take better care of myself.

My Program:
I am trying two 21 day challenges for starters. I joined a few teams to help with diabetes, the 25-49 pounds to lose. I also used the free coach offer.

Personal Information:
I am near retirement, but I still work. I hope to stop working in the next 1-2 years. My husband is a great support to me. We have 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, and 7 beautiful grandchildren but thankfully, none of them live with us.

Other Information:
I'm in this for the long haul. I want to lose slowly but permanently.

Hi, did good today, will keep up the exercise daily, will let you know what I do tomorrow. I'll be going out in the morning, so either a bike ride, or a workout video, but it'll be so nice out, I better get outside. Keep up the good work.
