    Welcome to SparkPeople! Thanks for the "friend" add. Right back at ya. I think you will find the support and information you need here to be successful with your goals. What works best for me is to record my food daily, no matter how good or bad my choices, and sync my Fitbit to SparkPeople. Then I only have to enter my food once in SparkPeople and it automatically carries over to Fitbit. Accountability is key for me.

    I see in your photos that you are a cyclist. Do you do competitive cycling? I'm a sprint triathlete and the cycling portion is always my best event. Keep on cycling!

    PS - I have an adjustable stand up desk. Are you able to use one of those at your place of employment? I read an article a while back that if you stand more than sitting during the day, it is the equivalent energy expenditure of running 3 marathons over a year's time.
