BURNTOASTY
Sorry for the string of comments. I just wanted to help motivate someone if I could. This is what's been working for me. I can't say weather or not it'll work exactly the same for you but I hope it helps! I wish you all the best and good luck! 930 days ago

The most important thing is to take your time and stay patient. The weight isn't going to come off instantly. And if it does your doing. It wrong. As they say, it's a lifestyle change and that couldn't be more true. 930 days ago

I sometimes use the weight machines too such as the leg press for squats and heel raises, and a handful of arm equipment. I haven't yet graduated to doing core or full body workouts but those will come soon enough. 930 days ago

I've also started going to the gym 5 days a week. Im usually only there for about 40 minutes tops. I almost always use the recumbent bike for 20-30 minutes on "random hills" setting. Think of it like HIIT cardio which is great for weight loss. 930 days ago

As far as diet goes, I've been eating mostly chicken with very occasional steak or fish. I've always loved veggies so I eat tons of those. For breakfast I almost always have cinnamon oatmeal with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 Tbsp vanilla coffee creamer. 930 days ago
