I've been on this crazy journey my whole life, but honestly, how many girls haven't? If you look in the dictionary for yoyo dieting, you would see me. I've been with spark park on and off since 2007 and self conscious about my weight since I started going to school. I've been hit and miss with my success. I managed to lose over 20 lbs when I was in University, and got down to 122lbs. Then a boy made me feel bad about myself and I gained it all back and then some. Now I'm a little older and I know the only way I can successfully lose weight is to love who I am now. My name is Lisa and I am learning to love myself, and I'd love for you all to join me on this ride of a lifetime; literally.

I am a recent grad of a behavioral neuroscience degree from Laurentian University and now I'm an addiction support worker in Calgary Alberta Canada.

136- buy an article of clothing (more CLOTHES!!!!)
135- take an awesome photo (down 10 lbs!!)
134- taking out those snug clothes I had packed. My wardrobe doubled!!
133- getting that vanity I've been wanting FOREVER (yeah I'm pretty girly
132- time to bring some clothes to the Mustard Seed (a super awesome homeless shelther here in Calgary)

130- let me take a selfie! (down 15lbs!!!)
129- dye my hair blond (what doesn't kill you only makes you blonder)
128- taking out those tight clothes that I had stored away. (are these even in fashion anymore?)

125- photo op!!! down 20lbs (WHOA!)
124- mani or pedi, or both! I'm 124lbs I can do what I want! (not really...)
123- buy another article of clothing (I hope I'm not broke!)
122- take out those extra small clothes I have stored away (why do I still have these?!)
121- hair extensions to match my new blond hair (because my hair doesn't know what growing means)
120- GOAL!!! picture time, maybe a montage?
