Every day brings me closer to my goal and I can only thank God, SparkPeople.com, my SparkFriends and my DH for their support. Determination is my key!
I am trusting in the Lord to help me reach my goals. I am leaning on SparkPeople to continue to give me the information I need to get to my goals. I am counting on my friends to cheer me on to my dream!

1. Eat a healthy meal every 2.5 hours for blood sugar level balance
2. Work my meal plan every day.
3. Complete the Food Tracker daily.
4. Complete my exercise everyday.
5. Lose more weight with a healthy lifestyle.
My Program:
Right now, I keep a Goals log because I am attempting to retrain myself on so many levels of Healthy Lifestyle that I need to keep track or I'll be retraining forever and the point is to get to the goal.
