    Sorry about your knees too it is hard but let keep doing this before i thought if i don't do 30 minutes of walking or an hour of exercise is was nothing now i know that something anything everyday is good than nothing at all🌹thanks for your comment

    I agree on the potassium level but I am burning 1070 calories on a four shift of gardening the botanic gardens and my potassium level dropped the other day and BP skyrocketed to 139/98 I am consistent at 80/60 - so I have increased with natural good food.
