Introduction Text Just here to lose some weight and get in shape. Hi to all my ediet friends. Well I wasn't really sure what to write when I came so now I am adding. I started my new raw vegan lifestyle on 7/7/08. I have tried this before didn't really know anything about it now I do and I have my dh on board. We are doing well and starting to get some energy. I have been on the battle of the bulge since I had my kids I did have to watch after graduation from hs cause I liked to party all the time so the drinking and bad eating took a toll on me. Once again I am here to get my life in order and start taking care of me.

Get my cholesterol where it needs to be. Lose a total of 100+lbs.

I plan on meeting my goals by eating clean. If we do go off I want to stay clean keeping away from preservatives and surgar white flour and bad foods. I feel keeping dh and myself and the kids eating this way we shall all succeed.
