Introduction Text Hi all! I'm really happy to be here, but surprisingly the last time I lost over 50 lbs. it was for my wedding 30 years ago!!! It wasn't that hard, because I have always been motivated to lose the weight. When I set my mind to something worthwhile, I stick with it. I live in Lakeland, Florida- the Sunshine State. I am a caregiver for my husband, who has muscular dystrophy and needs help with mostly everything but my second love is the computer!!!! Playing games- that is. I'm usually online most days playing games, but now I've found the Sparkpeople website and my time is divided between the two.

My one closet is chocked full of size 14 petite clothes that I used to wear. They are not really out of date so I will lose the weight so I can get back into those clothes. I have a goal 50 pounds in the next 2 years; and broken down, 25 pounds a year is more reachable for me.

I have presently started the ALLI@ Program, which is working great! I follow the exercises from SP; with me having bad knees, I have to be very selective with the exercises and then the motivation is a big help.

I run the risk of repeating myself but here it goes, I am from Lakeland Florida, my name is Stephanie Clark I am a fiery red-headed German Polack with a fiesty temper....so my husband tells me. I don't think my temper's that bad!

I am just getting back into sewing after graduating from high school some........................years ago! ( along time ago- let's just say I forgot how to sew, or at least I thought I had.)Well, I finished my first piece yesterday- it's a skirt I plan on wearing to church Easter. The shirts a size 16, so at least I have a while to lose the weight. I almost forgot, I love beads. I use to make jewelry, earrings necklaces, bracelets, and pendents mainly for the fun. To keep me busy. But I always come back to my computer.
