    Found a non-dairy Chaffle that you can live with.
    1 egg
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    1 Tablespoon Almond Flour (or meal)
    1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
    Pinch of salt (optional)
    1 tsp water
    They call it "Wonder Bread Chaffle". Didn't taste eggy, no cheese used at all, was plenty firm after cooling off and held up well to being used for sandwich bread.

    I honestly don't remember what real Wonder Bread tastes like as I haven't eaten that since I was a young child. However, this tastes plenty great on low carb (or Keto) as a bread replacement when lettuce wraps simply won't do.
