Starting weight for 2011 is 392. Working on changing my bad habits a few i need to change is stop putting my body into starvation mode, not getting enough sleep, not exercising because of pain. I have Insulin Resistance, Hidradenitis Suppurativa, PCOS, Diabetic, sever Denigrative Arthritis, Herniated disc in neck and back. Regardless of these problems i will lose this weight and make these problems much less.

I would like to meet others who also suffer with Hidradenitis Suppurativa i have had it since i was 7 years old but have learned to live with it and not get depressed over it when i have bad days of pain associated with it so if it can be said that i keep positive about it the answer would be yes as much as possible for i would choose to have it over many other problems that folks suffer from. I have under gone many treatments for it as well as surgery, but of course it is not something that is curable but have managed to keep it under control as much as possible.

Not skip meals

My Program:
clean out the junk
exercise
sleep at least 6 hours then get up to 8 hours at one time
learn to plan meals



Personal Information:
Washington state, married, love outdoors, art, love animals, don't like warm weather. I'm a beliver in a higher power and know that prayers are answered.

You've taken the first steps, now just take one day at a time and you will be amazed how healthy you'll get! Start out slowly with your walking and try to add another minute every few days.
