Hey everyone! My name is Ashley. My friends call me Ashes. I'm 25 years old and have been over weight as long as I can remember. I'm a RN nursing supervisor. I work night shift and enjoy every bit of it! I'm the type of person who loves a good challenge! I enjoy reading, writing, drawing/paining, and helping people! I have a passion for getting out there and helping others. Sometimes I think its the only thing I do right! I am a volunteer on the local rescue squad also. I LOVE music. Its another passion of mine. I don't go anywhere without my IPod (which is named FrogPod) I collect frogs too! I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. I'm currently married which is a challenge in itself! LOL.
My goal here at Spark is to develop a healthy lifestyle in the mist of all my chaos. Nothing is easy when you work nights. I need to lose around 140lbs but I don't exactly put numbers on anything. I just want to be healthy! I don't want to be short of breath and in pain anymore!
