I'm starting Dr. Oz' 2-week plan and just wanted to say I love your blog! It has lots of useful information. I had trouble finding recipes and must have a plan before moving forward. Recipes that adhere to the plan are crucial to my success.

You are doing great! Wow! I am doing good. I am tracking my food, walking daily, and making small changes. I don't feel overwhelmed, and feel like I'm going steady. I'm getting excited about seeing changes.

How are you doing? Had a crazy, but nice weekend. Trying to get back into a routine. I've been tracking my foods for over a week now, and it's getting easier. I have linked my fitbit to Sparkpeople, and linked my fitness and nutrition trackers together. I hope it helps me get a better picture. I sure want to just forge ahead, but know making small steps will make this journey more doable and lead to permanent changes. I also just upped my fitbit from 10,000 steps average a day to 12,000. I am for 15,000...but that's on the high end. How is your little one? Can't believe my lo will be two is a bit more than a month! Wow! Time flies, but I love it! 2550 days ago
