Being healthy through exercise and eating a balanced diet is my goal. It isn't always easy and there are times when I totally fail, so I will always be a work in progress, but am aiming to be a healthier one.
My motivations are my wonderful husband, adult children, DIL's, and grandchildren. We also have two cats and four birds. Being a breast cancer survivor and having a mom with Alzheimer's has made me treasure each and every day. I enjoy volunteering, quilting, knitting and ...
