My overall goal is to lose 90 pounds. I want to feel better, sleep better, and be able to wear clothes without feeling like I have to adjust them.

My Goals:
Overall Goal: 90 pounds by April 3, 2020

First Goal:10 pounds by March 3, 2019 - 230.0
Did not make this goal. I think in the past I have started out super strong. Going to the gym 5-6 days a week, so I thought this goal was easily doable. Instead, I seemed to be making small changes and no overdoing it. I guess this approach will have me losing weight slower, but I have read that losing weight slowly is better because you are less likely to gain it back. I lost a total of 7.6 pounds the first month - 232.4

Second Goal: Lose 6 pounds by March 31, 2019 - 226.4


My Program:
Stop drinking Diet Coke at home and at work. I am only allowed a Diet Coke if I eat out.
Drinking 8 glasses of water a day (over 64oz)
Going to the YMCA or exercising at least 5 days a week.
Strength training at least 3 days a week
Flexibility class/on line video at least 2 days a week (yoga)
Not buying junk food at the grocery store
Using meal prep ideas and having healthy food available at all times



Personal Information:
Obstacles I need to overcome:
stress from job
low evergy levels
take care of the household (stress)
depression and anxiety at times
pcos
apple shaped-mostly belly and upper body fat
addicted to Diet Coke
love sweets
eat larger portions that I should
don't drink enough water




Other Information:
I would be happy losing 1.5 pounds a week. That would put my 90 pound goal to April 3, 2020.
