Not Getting Any Younger-Now or Never!


Greetings!

Well, I just got to a point that I want to stop avoiding looking in the mirror and worrying about every little new ache or pain. Sheesh, and I thought we just all went on forever, like the energizer bunny.

Menopause was a real turn for me, and the good health I used to take for granted started to change. Higher cholesterol, dizzy spells, aching joints and more. My doctor has always prescribed diet and excercise along with meds, but the d and e were ...
Greetings!

Well, I just got to a point that I want to stop avoiding looking in the mirror and worrying about every little new ache or pain. Sheesh, and I thought we just all went on forever, like the energizer bunny.

Menopause was a real turn for me, and the good health I used to take for granted started to change. Higher cholesterol, dizzy spells, aching joints and more. My doctor has always prescribed diet and excercise along with meds, but the d and e were harder to start or maintain.

I finally decided I wasn't getting any younger, and I wanted to have the rest of my life be one of well being. Inside I feel about 29 but my body doesn't believe it for a minute!

I want to be around to enjoy my family and friends for a good many more years. So, here I am at this wonderful site, and already feeling better for starting down a more positive road.

This site is empowering and motivational!
