i am a 32 yr old woman who has lost herself some where along the road. i have been marrried to an awesome man for 7 yrs and have 2 awesome boys age 13 and 7. i am feeling lost and trapped in the weight and i don't know what to do anymore about it but hopefully thing will get better and i will live to b old and gray.

My Goals:
i would like to lose weight and just be healthy and be here for my boys.i want to be around for them.i wanna happy with myself instead of hiding behind the fat.i wanna live instead of just exist among others.

My Program:
 i currently don't have one but am going try and eat more vegggies and drink more water and less soda
