Hi -
My name is Gerty. I am 40 years old and need to lose some weight that I have gained through marriage and some fertility drugs that I had been taking last year. I have always been healthy and at a healthy weight so this is a tough struggle for me. I seem to be unable to lose any serious weight at all. I have been struggling up 5 pounds then down 5 , etc. etc.

    I ran through those fertility drugs, too -- although it has been awhile for me. (17 years to be exact, as evidenced by my 17-year-old triplet daughters, lol.)
