i know i can t believe how fast time has been going! Are you guys planning on any more? We're thinking maybe once we hit 18 months we may start trying again. I want to feel better about my body first!
As for tips, well, my hubby JUST bought me a tredmill which im THRILLED about! i use to have to wait until he got home and we would drop the baby off at my mothers and go to the gym. Now i can run during her naps and its working out fabulously! She's a great napper, so i have lots of time (usually 2.5hours) so its plenty of time to run a quick 5k, do some dishes, and work on homework =) 2950 days ago

hey! I'm not really sure how i have the energy either lol. I use to work nightshift for 3 years, so im use to walking around during the day feeling sleep deprived and still managing to get a workout in lol. Niecy's a good baby too....even if she doesnt go right back to sleep, 9 times out of 10 she's content enough to just lay in her crib until she does, so i can go right back in and fall back asleep. but she almost always goes goes to sleep after a feeding, so its rare we have a bad night, thank goodness! Well, i asked my Dr what types of exercises i could do, or when i could start, ect. at my 3 week follow up (to check on incision) I'm healing so well, he said nothing vigorous until at least 4 weeks, and then after that, listen to my body and see how i feel. I was pretty active during my pregnancy, so i think thats really helped me heal quickly. Not to mention i was up the next day walking up and down the halls as much as i could. But i dont do any crunches or anything lower abdominal. I'm still too afraid ill tear or rip something lol. My dr's on vaca, so i dont go back until dec 21! Ill be 9 weeks PP then. so until then i run really slow, and take my time with ST that way i dont accidently jerk too hard and pull or tear open my stitches. I always listen to my body, and check my incision after every workout. I'm so jealous your only 8kbs away! The weight is just sticking to me like glue, and im pretty frustrated! Especially since ive been working out, and eating so good! I mean i didnt think it would pour off of me, but i thought at least 1.5-2lbs a week. oh well. Just gotta keep with it! it HAS to come off at some point!
Hope your feeling better with your clogged duct! I never had that problem, but i had cracked nipples which is why i had to stop, or else id still be BF. soooo painful =( 3376 days ago
