This is my offical "Before" picture. It's me at the Ravenswood Run 5k. Which goes to raise around 45k for my churches food pantry. Hopefully a new slenderized version of me will be an "after" pic in 2011!

My Goals:
Here on spark to lose weight. Several years ago I lost around 40 lbs doing calorie counting but fell off the wagon. Trying to get that motivation back.

My Program:
 - Watching what I eat
- Running, getting involved in races.
-Trying to be more outdoorsy.
