My eyes are placed in the front for a reason ... because it's more important for me to look ahead than to look back!

Eating healthy makes me happy ...

 Eat small portions; stick with healthy food

I'm a Mom to five grown children, four grown grandsons, two great-grandchildren

Other Information:
 I am deaf but had a Cochlear Implant in 1984 so I am able to hear all sounds but words can be difficult for me to understand at times. Telephone conversations don't work well for me.
