2021: Still focused on living the dream
Welcome! I'm Kirk and I'm here to become healthier AND stay that way. Recently found myself back at my heaviest. Apparently the experts were right in that if you don't stick with better habits the weight will return.
Goals for 2021:
1. Cycle at least 3000 miles (just over 2000 for 2020)
2. Eat less meat and track what I eat
3. Eat more foods that look the way you'd find them in the wild
4. Achieve a healthier BMI and maintain

My Goals:
To reach and maintain a healthier weight of 180 to 190 lbs.
My Program:
I will exercise at least 5 days per week (strength and cardio), watch what I eat, stay hydrated and get good rest and repeat for the rest of my life. I will also meditate on what I want to create; I think the mental factor is greatly underestimated in it's ability to help us achieve the lives we envision for ourselves and those connected to us.
