Introduction Text I am starting new I need a change and I need strength here. I am at a block in my life where I may lose 3 or 4 lbs and gain them back but then again I get these little interruptions in life which set me back. So I need to learn how to manage this by staying on track and keeping to the program. Spark People has help me alot and I truely enjoy my new cyber friends. Talking to you all makes me feel like I know everyone personally for years. I am determined to lose this weight and keep it off, don't know how long it is going to take but I am in it for the long haul.

My goal is to exercise 5 days out of the week and hopefully with the help of all my cyber friends stick to some kind of plan. This is a lifestyle that I want for myself which requires strength and discipline and on most days I ask the good lord for help.

I have started going to they gym which I enjoy but I also like doing the WATP videos from time to time.

I live in San Antonio moved here in Nov of '04 from El Paso, My name is Ceci and my email is goofygal21@sbcglobal.net. I love reading books and watching movies. I am a Disney fan and go when ever I can.

I have 2 kids and they drive me nuts. Ok maybe just my son he is 16 and acts like he is 19, my baby girl is 14 and I like to embarass her. She doesn't like when I sing in public but I do it because it makes her laugh and act crazy. When I have a chance I loved to read especially Stephen King I like horror books and movies. See I love to read that I mentioned it twice.
